While interning today at the Belleville News Democrat, I had the privilege of work with TIM VIZER. His work has been published in notible publications such as Associated Press and Sports Illustrated. The first Photo Request that was received, was in regards to a statewide Police officer fundraiser at Dunkin Doughnuts. Immediately on our way back to the office we received another notice from a reporter in regards of a "four-dog tracking team and a professional dog searcher looking for" a missing dog in Mascouta, IL. Edwardsville, Il celebrates "Illinois Day". Elementary student from the area gathered at Airplane Park to educate themselves on Illinois culture. Farmers and Historians taught and the student also learned square-dancing. Square Dancing is Illinois official state dance.
