In many cities across America there is an underground street car scene that comes alive at night and impromptu times of the week.
There is a struggle between people who want to enjoy their vehicles peacefully and those who are more rowdy. The sounds of tires burning, screams of excitement and police sirens are a few of the sounds that can be heard during these gatherings. Some car enthusiasts often resort to trespassing because there are not many legal places for them to enjoy their vehicles in the manner they were once allowed.
