After a CAPS community meeting, Officer Bolin embraces a member of the neighborhood. The meeting helps to provide understanding of policing strategies used by officers. Members also agreed to report suspicious activities to authorities. The city of Chicago has a culture that is against reporting illegal activity. A culture that makes it difficult for officers to do their job. Individuals are typically scared to report crimes to officers due to fear of retaliation.
